Jesús Valderrama

Jesús holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration with a specialisation in Finance from the University of Bayreuth, Germany. He started his career in the international department of Eurohypo Bank, working for several years at the bank’s headquarters in Frankfurt (Germany). He was the bank’s operations director in Spain and initiated the bank’s expansion in Latin America (Mexico). In 2013 he founded IBA Capital Partners with Thierry Julienne.

Thierry Julienne

Thierry holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. He was head of operations at Bouygues Inmobiliaria Paris, director of Constructa Asset Management in Spain, Portugal and Brazil, director of the capital markets department at Auguste-Thouard Spain, and co-founder and director of the capital markets and market research departments at EXA Real Estate Advisors.

Administrative and Financial Director

Beltrán Martínez

Beltrán holds a degree in Business Administration and Management, specialising in Auditing, from the European Business School (EBS) and an MBA from Esade. Beltrán has had an extensive career and long experience in the real estate sector. He worked as an auditor for more than 8 years in real estate, engineering and construction and has held positions of high responsibility including more than 6 years as CFO of IBA and more than 2 years as a member of the board of directors of IBA and its subsidiaries.

Pablo Rodríguez

Pablo has led M&A and financial advisory for the real estate sector at the largest Big4 firm for the last 12 years. He has played a key role in several major transactions at all stages of the cycle: investment, sale, fund raising, M&A, creation of JVs and restructuring. He has worked with the main international investors and national managers in the sector, as well as with the main Spanish and European banks. His investment and restructuring operations exceeded 10 billion euros. Graduate from CUNEF.

Head of Asset Management & Development

Teodoro Díez

For the past 11 years, he has headed the Asset Management department at Drago Capital, where he has led projects in Spain, Portugal, and Miami, across various asset types and always with a value-added approach. His career includes six years at AXA Investment Management, where he was responsible for managing and optimizing a portfolio with assets of different types belonging to German and French funds. In addition, he brings two years of experience at Grupo Lar, one of the leading real estate managers in Spain.

Ignacio Mota

Ignacio has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Wales in Zaragoza and an MBA from ESIC, Madrid. He has 15 years of professional experience in real estate and retail, and 8 years of experience in the financial sector. He is a specialist in asset management, retail development, retail/office leasing and business strategy with extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary teams in an international environment. He speaks Spanish, English and French.

Andrés García

Andrés holds a degree in Economic-Administrative Law and a Master’s degree in Finance from ICADE. Since he joined IBA, he has worked in different departments. During the last 7 years, he has been part of the asset management department, where he has been in charge of the management of several value added assets and reporting to IBA’s partners and investors.

Fernando Peromingo

Fernando is a graduate in Business Studies from the Complutense University of Madrid and holds a Master’s degree in Auditing and Advanced Accounting from the Rey Juan Carlos University. He has completed specific courses including advanced accounting (CEF), and accounting and administration, working in several business consultancies. He is part of IBA’s financial department, specialized in accounting and budget monitoring.

Gonzalo Pastrana

Gonzalo studied Marketing and Advertising at the University of Navarra and holds a Master’s Degree in Advanced Hotel Management in Switzerland. His professional career includes solid international experience in destinations such as the United States, Hong Kong, and Switzerland. With more than seven years in management positions within the luxury hospitality sector, he complements his profile with several years of experience in the Real Estate field.

Senior Accountant

Javier Martín

Javier holds a diploma in Business Studies, specialising in integration of accounting statements and auditing. He has more than 20 years of experience as a senior accountant in real estate, supporting the financial department in the preparation of accounting, filing taxes, treasury management, client invoicing and budget monitoring of the properties under management.

Investment Manager

Jorge Sequeiros

Jorge holds a BA in Economics and an MBA from ICADE Business School. He has more than 6 years’ experience within the financial and real estate sectors and has participated in transaction for more than €1,0Bn, including vehicles’ structuring, investment, divestment and financing deals. Previously he worked for the Real Estate Private Equity department of one of most well-known asset managers in Spain and was formerly part of the M&A – Corporate Finance team of one of the «Big Four».

Lola Grille

Lola has a degree in Political Science and Public Management and has studied Economics. She is also a sign language interpreter. Lola brings more than 7 years of experience as an asset manager and financial analyst in banks and multinationals.

Senior Investment Analyst

Maria Padierna

María is an architect from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, where she earned both the Master’s Degree in Architecture (professional qualification) and the Master’s in Real Estate Business Management (MDI). Her professional experience spans both the practice of architecture and the fields of real estate consulting and investment. She has developed her career at a real estate consulting firm, working in property valuations and in the Capital Markets division advising on investments. Later, she joined the Real Estate Strategy and Investment department of Spain’s leading retailer.

Technical Advisor

Mario Domínguez

Mario is a technical architect with nearly 18 years dedicated to the management of building works of very different types in the role of construction manager (residential, industrial, educational, urbanization, rehabilitation). He has developed a total volume of work of more than 70 million euros throughout his professional career. He specializes in the management of construction projects for the rehabilitation and enhancement of real estate.

Miguel López

Miguel is an economist with a degree from the University of A Coruña and more than 10 years of accredited experience in accounting departments, mainly in the real estate subsidiaries of two Spanish banks. He has also participated for 3 years in the control of Interreg Funds (within the FEDER Program) for the Xunta de Galicia.

Office Manager

Tina Farroni

Tina is an Office Manager and Executive Assistant. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts with a focus on Theory and Criticism, as well as a degree in English Translation. She has extensive experience as a receptionist across various business sectors, particularly in private education and cultural institutions. In addition, she has nearly 17 years of professional experience in multilingual environments and the art market.

Miguel López is an architect with over 10 years of experience in the management, planning, and design of construction projects at both national and international levels. Throughout his career, Miguel has worked primarily in the hospitality, retail, and private residential sectors. With a client-oriented approach, his skills include project leadership, team coordination, decision-making, and the ability to adapt to dynamic, creative, and demanding environments.

Juan González

Juan is a Technical Architect from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, with more than 30 years of experience, starting his career as a Site Manager working for construction companies and later dedicating most of his professional trajectory to Project Management and team leadership.
Throughout his career, Juan has worked on projects of various types offices, hospitality, residential, retail, and industrial covering both new builds as well as refurbishment and renovation works.

Joaquín senior management computer technician, specialized in systems and networks. He has an extensive background and long experience in technology consulting. He has worked as IT director of a publishing company in computer distribution and has accumulated more than 15 years of experience in business management providing specialized computer services to companies.

Salvador Diz Cerviño

Economist graduated from the University of Santiago de Compostela, founding partner of the professional firm OCT Consultores with more than 30 years of accredited professional experience in accounting and taxation, he is an Administrative Manager, Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Risk and Audit Committee of Caixa Rural Galega.

Iván Azinovic

Iván Azinovic is a partner in the Real Estate and Construction Law practice and partner in charge of the Real Estate sector at EY Spain. 
He holds a law degree from the Universidad Complutense de Alcalá de Henares; LL.M. (Master of Laws) in International Trade and Banking from Washington College of Law, American University; Course in Labor Law from Escuela de Práctica Jurídica; Advanced Program in Urban Planning and Construction Practice from Instituto Empresa (Madrid).
Before joining EY Abogados in 2016, he worked at the law firm Gómez-Acebo & Pombo where he was partner in charge of the Real Estate, Urban Planning and Environmental Law Department for more than 10 years.

Eloy Ruiloba

Eloy is the Secretary of the Board of Directors of IBA Capital Partners, S.L. The law firm Ruiloba Abogados, founded in 1944, has a multidisciplinary character and is oriented to integral legal advice. It has recently been awarded the “Premio Nacional De Ley 2021” in the category of “Best Law Firm specialized in Commercial Law”, providing advice in the real estate sector as well as in banking and insurance law, commercial and bankruptcy law, labor law and intellectual property.

Carlos Solana

Partner of the law firm Rubio Laporta & Asociados, which he joined in 2004. From 1990 to 2004, he held various positions within the legal department of the Carrefour Group, where he was the Group’s Real Estate Legal Director in Spain. He has extensive professional experience in the real estate sector, leading large volume operations within the real estate sector.
Since 2013, he has been Secretary of the Spanish Association of Shopping Centers and Commercial Parks (AECC).  Practice Areas: Real Estate, Urban Planning and Administrative Law.
