The building is located in the north of Madrid, between the M-30 and M-40 highways and has direct access to the airport.
The building consists of five floors, three of them of office space, and is leased to UNEDISA, one of Spain´s leading media groups and a subsidary of the Italian media group RCS, which includes print media such as El Mundo and Marca.
Plans and currently underway to undertake a major refurbishment of the builiding, including the renovation of the building´s outdoor and communal areas and parking, as well as the creation of new services such as a wellness area and a smart building app.
The building has the Leed Gold energy certification.
